It is like more then half the comments from 3-4 months ago, as of this comments writing, didn’t even read the description. If they did they would realize the dumb broad of a Landlord was the one who didn’t want the water turned off

Lol saw this on moistcritcal's channel and decided to come here to get the full story from the description. It just got waaaay funnier knowing it was landlord (landlady?) who called the plumber and - between the two morons - they decided to do this without paying 300 bucks p/hour to shut the water off... What really allows me to rewatch this and laugh even harder is the bitch trying to pin this on the tenants. At first glance I just thought we had some people who called in a plumber and were way too broke to pay the plumbers fee PLUS the fee to cut the water. (Which is fucking unheard of btw...) and then disaster ensued that just led to a shitty day for everyone involved. i'm sure the day was still shitty, but thankfully it ended well and the landlady and the plumber were the ones that paid the bill of their own making.

Since no one read the description I cropped the text that’s basically a update: For all the morons who complain that I should have put down the camera and helped this water-logged jackass- I chose not to help for liabilities sake, and instead documented the incident. The landlord tried to pull a fast one and blame the tenants, but the video proved the tenants innocence, and the lying bitch of a landlord was held accountable for the entire situation. Who can deny how funny this video ended up being. Without this video, the tenants would have been screwed over, and you wouldn't be laughing your ass off at this hilarious situation. Quit watching if you think otherwise. Last, I am not a tenant here, but I am friends with these folks. They are good people. After the flood, they relocated to a much newer apartment complex that is owned and run by a trustworthy landlord. Their new apartment is maintained regularly and is up to code. Always document incidents like this, it saved these people and can very well save you from a lawsuit - the same reason many people buy dash cams.
